We're excited to announce a brand new class for seniors: Golden Groove Fitness Class. This class brings together strength, cardio, stretching and dance in a fun, social atmosphere.
Starting Oct. 2

Tuesdays: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Thursdays: 10:30-11:30 a.m.Let’s groove, grow strong and have a great time together!
