Memorial Day Ceremony
We'd like to invite the AV to visit our cemetery on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, at 9 A.M. for a beautiful Memorial Day ceremony.
We will have the AV Detachment 930 Marine Corps League presenting the Colors, Taps and 21 Gun Salute. Joan Enguita Willingham to sing our National Anthem.
The AV Blue Star Antelope Valley Blue Star Mothers Chapter 14 will be placing Memorial Wreaths and the AVCD Board of Trustees will be placing memorial bouquets.
We will have our Bell Ceremony, remembering and honoring loved ones who served and passed on since May 2024. Our Keynote Speaker is Phillip Ketchum, with over 27 years of dedicated service in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve, and a long family history of loyal military service and bravery.
We hope to see everyone here, remembering and honoring our fallen heroes.
