Field of Honor Opening Ceremony

The Palmdale Field of Honor features United States flags in ordered rows, creating a massive vista of red, white and blue that is an experience hard to describe and not be forgotten. Each flag tells a story and honors all those who, by their dedicated service, have become our heroes. The Stars & Stripes reminds us of who we are as a people. Americans meet the challenges of history and overcome hardships becoming stronger. That is just who we are. The United States flag represents our solidarity in creating a brighter tomorrow and uniting us all.
